Responsibilities

• Support the scheduling and publishing of posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand presence.
• Monitor social media channels through social listening tools to gather insights on audience engagement and sentiment.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and media editing tools.
• Track and analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
• Help manage online reputation by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering positive relationships.
• Conduct keyword research and assist in SEO strategies to enhance content visibility across digital channels.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics including Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
