Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation and campaign adjustments.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and media editing to produce professional visual content.
• Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to optimize content visibility across search engines and social platforms.
• Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and craft positive messaging during campaigns or crisis situations.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or other platforms to boost content reach and engagement effectively.
• Maintain consistent branding across all channels while fostering authentic relationships with followers through engaging social media communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and media editing software for video editing.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing performance monitoring techniques.
• Knowledge of social listening tools to analyze audience sentiment and industry trends effectively.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
• Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers, influencers, partners, and internal teams seamlessly.
• Ability to stay current with evolving social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
