Email Marketing Intern

Ever Lasting is a women-owned, sustainable e-commerce brand specializing in home décor and lifestyle. Our internship program gives students and early-career professionals real-world marketing experience across fast-moving digital teams.

The Email Marketing team works on conceptualizing and curating email campaigns for the further marketing of Ever Lasting's brand and to help launch new products, sales, and blog stories. The goal is to write creative copy and pair it with template layouts that inspire customer click-through-rate and revenue.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Write and edit email copies for campaigns, flows, and newsletters
• Translate brand voice into compelling subject lines, headlines, and CTAs
• Interpret campaign briefs and align messaging with marketing goals
• Collaborate with design, strategy, and paid ads teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Conceptualise flows and how to maximize CTR
• Interpret campaign briefs and align messaging with marketing goals
• Assist with A/B testing content (subject lines, copy tone, CTA wording)
• Help maintain a copy library and email content archive for future reference

*Qualifications*

• Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for emotional storytelling
• Understanding of email marketing principles and performance levers
• Proficiency in Canva, Klaviyo and Google Suite
• Familiarity with brand tone development and audience segmentation
• Creativity and eye for design

• Proactive Communication
• Exposure to eCommerce, copywriting, or marketing communications is a plus
