Junior Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. You'll work across the entire web stack — building responsive front-end interfaces in React and developing back-end services in Python — while collaborating with the team to ship features from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack web applications using React.js and Python (Django)
• Develop clean, reusable front-end components and responsive UIs
• Design and implement back-end APIs, business logic, and database integrations
• Collaborate using Git/GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
• Write, test, and debug code across the front end and back end
• Participate in planning, standups, and code reviews
• Learn new tools and technologies quickly as project needs evolve
• Assist with deployment and DevOps tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• React.js — proficient building modern front-end applications
• Python — proficient, preferably with the Django framework
• Git/GitHub — comfortable with version control and collaborative workflows
• Full stack experience — has built and shipped full stack web applications (professional, academic, or personal projects)
• Databases — familiar with PostgreSQL
• Fast learner — picks up new frameworks, tools, and codebases quickly
• Claude Code — familiar with AI-assisted development using Claude Code

Nice to Have

• DevOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with REST API design
