Company Overview
: US Fire Services supports fire departments nationwide with equipment, NFPA testing (hose, ladder, pump, aerial), PPE, rescue gear, and apparatus support — serving both volunteer and municipal departments through reliable, long-term partnerships.
Role Summary
: The Marketing Intern creates visually engaging digital content — graphics and multimedia — for social media, campaigns, and internal communications, working closely with the Marketing team to keep output aligned with brand identity.
Objective
: Design and distribute creative content that reflects the company's mission and connects with partners through ethical, engaging visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social posts, stories, banners, and digital flyers per brand guidelines
- Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Contribute ideas to content calendars
- Maintain image libraries, templates, and design assets
- Ensure brand compliance across all materials
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- Video editing experience/interest (CapCut preferred)
- Familiarity with social platforms and digital trends
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling
- Able to produce short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Facebook)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI) for content/captions/ideation
- Able to turn raw photos, videos, and vendor assets into polished content
- Strong organizational skills for managing folders, asset libraries, and calendars
- Interest in learning about the fire service/emergency equipment industry
- Portfolio or design samples required
Working Conditions
- Remote, flexible scheduling with set deadlines and team meetings
- Requires a reliable personal computer and stable internet for design work and virtual collaboration
- Occasional virtual events/training may be required
- Extended computer use involved
- Must follow confidentiality, data protection, and brand guidelines
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
